Rebecca Hamilton

Becky Hamilton was raised in New Concord, OH. She began her nursing career more than 20 years ago, as a nursing assistant on the pediatric unit at Genesis Healthcare. In 2003, she earned her associate degree in nursing from Ohio University. While working at Genesis Healthcare on the Well Baby Nursery and Special Care Nursery units, she pursued her Bachelor’s degree, graduating in 2014 from The Ohio State University. She continued her education earning a Master’s degree in 2017, also from The Ohio State University. She is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
Becky’s clinical interests lie in patient-centered care and patient education, specializing in the care of young children. Becky is married with four children. Becky’s passion for children extends to her professional life she thrives on working with children and families. Discussing the early days of infancy and navigating a fussy baby, are special interests of hers. Her personal philosophy is to spend time getting to know her patients as individuals and understand their specific needs so that she can deliver truly personalized care.
Becky’s goal is to be partners with our parents to help raise healthy children, both physically and emotionally.
